Original Notes	Notes from mount: Subject: 3. Neighborhood. Location: 2300 Block North Dover St. Photographer: CG. Date: 4/26/51. VANDALISM: In a short time these houses will suffer the fate of all vacant houses in a slum area. All the wood will be taken to be cut up for firewood, then the bricks will be "mined" from the walls until the house becomes so unsafe it must be condemned or torn down.
