Description
"The water hole in a dump on Board of Education property , near Sylvester and Alcott sts. , Frankford , in which Martin Schwartz , nine , and Wilbur Steinmeyer , eleven , drowned yesterday . Lower picture shows the raft on which they were playing when Martin fell off and Wilbur jumped in to rescue him. Residents of the neighborhood plan a protest to the Board of Education about the condition of the dump. "
