"Jules Jusserand , French Ambassador , presented the tapestry , representing American troops leaving Philadelphia for the battlefields of Europe , at a luncheon in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel today . The gift , accepted by Mayor Kendrick , will be displayed temporarily in Independence Hall . When the Art Museum is completed it will be hung there. "
