Assistant Superintendent of Police Guy Parsons breaks ground for a new baseball field at 57th st. and Upland Way. The field was obtained by the combined forces of the 29th Police District Boys and Girls Club and Zone 35, Civilian Defense. With Parsons are (left to right) Lou Hoffman, Joseph Reilly, Clarence Freeman, William Griffin, Frank Drummond, Thomas Morris, Captain John McCullough, and Dave Brodsley." |
